need bi color LEDs

i am looking for blue and red bi color LEDs. all i can find are red/green and green/yellow. 5mm if possible

Three dollars for four. That's $0.75 each. Still three times more expensive than most LED's, but not ridiculous for red/blue bicolors.
 
For that price I would say buy some RGB LEDs instead. You can get cheap ones with water-clear lenses for ~$1.00 or ones with diffused lenses for ~$1.50 (I would suggest diffused). Maybe more helpful in the long run if you buy a quantity of them? Just a suggestion..
