I need to find a video card for a DELL Optiplex 755 Mini Tower
Can anyone tell me if these will work and which is the best and what makes it the best.

What does DVI mean. I noticed one ofers that and one does not?

Long story short, DVI is better. You really won't notice much (if any) difference between those various cards.
