yeah i'd be happy with -any- itx motherboard news. only "new" motherboard possibly coming out is a crappy zotac. from all the horror stories i've read, i am staying far, far away from that brand.

Zotac scares me as well... I have heard of people having good expierences but I see some pretty negative ones as well.
 
Better yet: a mini-DTX board. Why? Mini-DTX is just mini-ITX with a second expansion slot, giving more options to the user. Most ITX cases worth a damn already have two slots and are therefore compatible with mini-DTX anyway, so it's sort of a no-brainer.
 
I think gigabyte also would be nice. but we do need an EPIC Z77 board. and a 500W modular platinium SSF psu !!!!

I might get shot now :D MY problem is that guru3d made a test that shows cpu has very little influence on gaming fps at high resolutions. thus having a 2560x1440 monitor OC is actually not important for gaming. so instead i undervold saving 12A for my gpu.

This year could be the year for my first mitx build. SG07 or SG08 maybe.
 
can someone explain to me what that 'digi vrm' card is on the motherboard? i've never seen such a thing before o_O
