I need help with a problem:

I have a physical host with 16 hard drives, roughly 9 WD Green 2TB and 7 WD Green 1.5 TB, call connected to an Areca 1260L 16 port SATA raid controller. At the moment, the drives are a part of one logical RAID 5 drive with a hot spare. I used to have these drives in two logical drives and there was no problem, it seems, although I can't remember, that since making them part of one logical drive, the host has been rebooting regularly about every 24 hrs, at first it wasn't checking the RAID array, but now each time it reboots it spends about 9 hrs checking the integrity of the array, each time it finishes without any errors, but like clockwork 24hrs later, the host reboots.

The host is a clone, with an Asus P5Q premium, an Intel C2D E8400 CPU, 8GB of RAM running an upgrade of Server 2012 from 2008R2. The boot drive is an old Seagate 320GB that sits outside on top of the server, the vide card is some AMD card, and there are 4 external USB drives hooked up to it.

I use it as a backup for my Movie and TV NAS's, second copy runs and copies from two mapped drives to my NAS's to either local or USB drives on this host.

I have researched this error to no avail. Personally, I think there is a bad disk in the array somewhere, but out of 16 disks I don't know how to find which one is bad.

Ran a scan within windows, it didnt find anything, since January 19th this system has rebooted at exactly the same time every day, 4:03pm, prior to that it was rebooting at 4:03AM since January 15th.

What the heck would cause it to reboot at the same time every day?
