Hello. I'm asking help in setting up a gaming projector but my room is not so spacious. A lot of options out there to deal with. I have this question: Has anybody setup a gaming projector before and if so which one you likely to endorse. Thanks:)

I have the Optoma HD131x and it has been fantastic for 1080p except for one thing.
It has no dust filters which helped wear out a small maglev fan not long after the warranty ran out.
They wanted over £150 to repair it.
I bought a fan from the US for around £20 and fixed it myself, but its not the simplest of tasks. It is right in the guts of the projector and some of the partitions are glued in place, I had to be careful to not bend/stress them.
I have taken it apart to vacuum/brush dust off since then because it builds up if your projector sees a good amount of use. Its much simpler to vacuum and clean than get a fan out.
But it will potentially void your warranty.
fyi

On the positive side, it is still going strong over 5 yrs after purchase and halfway through its 3rd lamp.
You can buy none genuine replacement lamps from Amazon for 25 to 50% of the cost of official and they last just as long.
It is extremely cost effective.
Look for either of these part numbers BL-FU195C / SP.72J02G.C01 for the HD142X.

These projectors have low input lag and can do 120Hz at 720p if you really need.
You will love it if you have enough space to get the size screen you want.
Mine will do approx 120" diagonal at 4m, I use it at 110".
Yours can do that in 3.3m.

Enjoy!
