I run a Motorola Two Way radio shop and need some kind of program that I can track customer owned equipment with.
For example: a customer brings in a unit for repair. It is logged into the system. When someone pulls it from the shelf to repair, they can enter a date and change its status (ie repaired, waiting for parts, waiting for estimate approval, returned to manufacturer, destroyed/beyond repair, etc) plus perhaps enter part numbers used or required.
Any suggestions?
