ok im in dire need of a gfx card asap, for a system im building because i got a broke gf4mx off ebay, i was looking through newegg refurbs and ran across t his i had been considereing upgrading my card for a long time. and price, need, and lack of sleep i decided to buy this. after thinking about it im scared im gonna end up with some crappy stripped down 9800 series card, what do you think whats pictured defenitely looks like a true 9800 pro doesnt it, so if something other then that comes i can call and bitch them out right?

It is a "true" 9800 Pro yes, refurbished just means it was previously returned by another customer and reconditioned and tested. It is still under warranty (although limited) therefore if you have trouble with the card then you can get it replaced under warranty.

If you're not happy with it you could always just RMA it and suck up the restocking fee.

Also beware that most refurb. items don't come with any or all cables, cds, manuals, or adapters.
