Theres a sale for TV tuners on this one site and i was wondering, can i get regular broadcasted channels such as nbc and abc without a cable connection? (i have cable internet but not tv). Will it still work? How would i go about getting tv on my computer? Thanks
 
It will work but you won't get cable. If you want cable, you have to pay for it, (i.e. pay your local cable broadcaster).
 
yes it will work. you can get normal broadcasts with but you need an antenna.
