I'd appreciate any help here...

I noticed that the prescott chips are currently a few dollars cheaper than thier northwood equivilents.

I wanted to know what kind of HSF comes included with the retail version of the prescott 2.8, and if its ok to overclock it using the stock heatsink.

If not, any suggestions on a HSF. I want to shoot for 3.4 with this proc.
 
get a zalman CNPS 7000cu, or, if you dont mind the noise, get a thermalright SP-94 or a Swiftech MCX478-V with a 92MM tornado+fan controller.
