Well building my Fiance a new Rig.

Components i have.
GTX 770
Asrock Z87 ITX (I read that Bios Flash makes it able to accept same CPU as Z97)
2x8GB
Msata SSD 250

I am personally running 4670K
On a Z97 and 980

So i am trying to see to get something similar in power.
But the 4670 series is about the same price as 6 months ago or more now.

Going lower and have the CPU missing some odd instructions, how much of an impact will that be on Games and Work Programs ? Adobe Suit and Solid Works and Inventor.

So what CPUs are affordable and worth a damn ? Cheaper than 4670

i was actually looking at similar processors and ended up going with the Core i5-4590 because microcenter had it for $160 + tax. a bit older but it wont be noticed.

Intel no longer reduces the price of processors. They just replace them with a new processor every year or so.

Darn I didn't know that. So that's why I can never find cheap CPU in the Intel flavors. I guess trip to microcenter it is.
