Quick questions guys How many people here have delt with Seer37?? he got 8 heat that I can see. I dont now about ebay I have really looked to be honiest.

so far he hasnt been that great too deal with.. hes been kind of suspsect while there was no pictures of the 4x3gig 12Gb Mushkin Ram kit that he supposed to be sending me in his thread he has claimed that he has shipped the Ram too me and all is good and that I am too sit back and wait. I am a experianced Trader I fully know that this information isnt enough so I asked him for a picture of the reciept from USPS which is pritty standard and straight forward for trading procedures, and he keeps declineing to give me a picture being kind of passive just telling me that international flat rate ground doesnt have tracking blah blah and throughing the usps site link at me.. when I know it does it on the top if the reciept long 12 digit number normally. So I called Paypal asked them what I could do and they told me to open a claim against him.

ive told him I was going to raise a claim against him he responds " Saying that he talked to paypal and that if I was raise a claim halfway into the shipping that my account would be froze for Fraud. <-- I know this is false and I plan to make a another call to paypal to confirm this in a few minutes. I also wanna know if he really did call I doubt this doesnt sound like Paypal too me.

He also Has said that he raised the service at USPS to Express??? why would he do this I didnt ask for this just a picture to verify he actually sent the package. Also he has tole me hes now raised the declared value on the memory to make sure I get screwed when it gets too me...


I dont wanna open a claim yet I wanna know what you guys think I should do. ;)

Anything international can be tracked by the number on the customs declaration form (which looks like CP123456789US), so they're at least lying about that part too. I would file a claim now instead of waiting as you can always end it should things work out. As for the declared value part, providing a receipt to customs should result in you only having to pay duty on the amount you paid, not whatever they put down.
 
right and I know there a tracking number maybe not somthing starting CJ or CX then 12 digits like your saying blue because he didnt give it express service when he first shipped the ram... now if he did up the service there will be a tracking number now.

hes just not give it too me.
 
There will be a tracking number for customs irregardless of how they shipped it and they have no reason to withhold it.
 
I look my paypal account a second ago... just as about to phone and all of a sudden a trackin number appears

is it possible for him to change service right in the middle of shippment I didint think this was possible.

It is not possible to change the service level of a package after it has been sent.
 
This is suspect for sure... this info changed within the last 10-15 minutes... so either hes holding back because he thinks im being to demanding or hes F-in with me.

He just pmed me im going tell him to join up on this thread instead of pming.

First off, Marcus is doing his fair share of lying. There's two sides to every story. After Marcus sent payment, he also sent another PM (which I can share if requested), demanding I claim the item being worth $50 on the customs form and as a gift, as well as I pay for a faster shipping method. I replied back to him, that I had no issues shipping it faster but he would have to pay the difference. He had declined.

Marcus sends me payment for the memory late monday. I communicated with him, his memory would ship out as soon as I received his payment. Post office was closed when he made his payment. My location got hit by a snow storm on Tuesday. Wednesday his package was sent out International Flat Rate, WHICH YOU CANNOT TRACK.

So for those of you who say you can track flat rate international, you are dead wrong. After receiving countless pm's from Marcus calling me a thief and a liar, I contacted the USPS. Where you can in fact change the shipping method if it did not leave the country. So I paid the difference and had the flat rate removed just so he could have a tracking number. What's my incentive to not give this guy a tracking number if I paid for it? None. I did this because Marcus had sent me many PM's hounding me for a tracking number, which I had told him, is not possible with that shipping method. So after not wanting to deal with him anymore, I inquired on changing shipping methods, and it basically happend.

Also, here are tracking numbers from two other sales I completed and shipped on the same day to other individuals.

Suspicious? I think not. I'm an upstanding seller, this guy is just angry that I would not comply and claim the value of the memory as less than it is on his customs form.

I also have 100% heat feedback rating. I am not hard up enough to need to screw this guy out of $160, lol.

Edit: Also that tracking number was placed on his order yesterday, not a few hours ago, yet another lie from Marcus.

I don't want to be to harsh on you, but an experienced trader would not be in this situation.

There are no pictures in his thread, so why did you not ask for them before paying him?

All the info you needed should have been asked about beforehand..shipping details included....you don't wait until after you pay to start asking questions.....

I read through both of these guys Heat & Seer37 has sold more expensive things than the memory & didn't rip anyone off. Reading through MarcusFoX's Heat there have been some problems, most of them talking about lying, BS, & treating people insultingly. By the histories of them I think MarcusFoX needs to relax a little & the memory will get there as soon as international shipping gets it there.
