For the first time I have decided to go for genuine case.

First thing I wanna know is how does case modelling help in perfomance and stability of a System (Unless it has got few exhuast fans onboard and good room for circuts to breath)?

Second if good cases are really enhance the perfomance and stability of a system, then can you recommend some good case with reasonable price? Cuz next week I am purchasing a new system

Antec P180/P180B/P182 isolate the PSU and hard drives from the other components with an internal baffle and mount a 120mm fan between them to pull air through the smaller resulting "enclosure within an enclosure". Prevents the hot air from the hard drives from getting to the CPU/RAM/GPU, and the large fan keeps the PSU fans from having to work as hard. Components running cooler tend to be components running longer. There are mounts for 5 120mm fans in a P180, and it comes with 3. Side panels are 3-layered steel so they help muffle sound, as do the large silicon feet and silicon hard drive mounts inside.

In a properly set up P180 you will see lower system and CPU temps than in a less expensive more poorly thought out case.

Lian Li and Coolermaster also make fine cases, but price to performance right now I don't think the P180/P180B can be beat. You can get the P180 for $90 after rebate at Newegg, and for $50 after rebate if you live near a CompUSA by ordering it online for pick-up. Not sure how long that deal will run.
 
OCZ GameXStream 700 watt is $115 after rebate at Newegg right now. Might want to get that instead.
