(Need Advice) Windows FTP Server Software Like Pure-FTPD

[neocronomican]

I need you advice guys,

I want to build ftp server using windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. Commonly, I use Pure-Ftpd on FreeBSD. I choose Pure-ftpd because its support mysql, ipv6, and the most important thing Pure-Ftpd has "pure-ftpwho" feature, this feature can monitoring ftp-user activity in realtime using web (image below)

I want to ask you, is there any ftp software for windows 7 that has same feature with Pure Ftpd that I say before?

Thanks

Maybe not the best option but can you build pure-ftpd in cygwin on windows and use that?
