I received it on this Tuesday and yesterday, I found one stuck pixel. The pixel displays as light blue/aqua when I have a grey background. The pixel displays the correct color on any other background black/white/blue/red/green. I also ran a few hours of Dead Pixel Fixer and JFixxer... which did not do anything. Since I have a Zero-Dead Pixel Coverage, should I use it and return the monitor? Or do I take the chance of getting a worse one?

That sucks. Have you tried to put a little bit pressure with moist cloth on that stuck pixel? Some people actually got rid of stuck pixels that way. Since you already got the zero dead pixel policy, I would exchange it if I were you. Mind you though, I live only 10 minutes away from the closest NCIX store, so it is no trouble for me. I remember you live in Toronto. So it is up to you.

This morning I have my first 2-3 seconds blackout on FP241WZ. Last night, I turned down the brightness to 40 from 50, so I don't know if there is anything to do with that. Now I cracked it back to 50. Hopefully it won't happen too often like others.

I just exchanged it... NCIX replacement program is REALLY great. The pay for shipping both ways and I can keep the monitor until the next one arrives!!!

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing the blackout problem... I haven't experienced it yet... my brightness is at 30. I use my old DVI cable from my old BenQ 19". I know a lot of people mentionned that changing the cable fixed their problem. If you experience it again... try using a different DVI cable if you have one.

I am using the high grade Belkin dual link DVI cable connecting to Macbook, so should already rule out its DVI cable problem.

I exchanged twice and got a perfect 241WZ so I would keep trying.

I had to pay for the replacement monitor that they cross shipped though and they refunded aftewards...
