Need Advice (Patch Up work)

Hi guys. I've jumped the gun and drilled holes in my case for a fillport and switch. I think it would've been okay just with the fillport, but the placement of the switch hole SUCKS. First, the vandal resistant switch doesn't fit due to the motherboard plate ledge at the top of the 800D. However the fillport may not be used when I get around to installing the second loop. I may move the reservoir to be horizontally placed on the midplate (I don't know it that'll work because it'll be lower than some of the components in the loop, and may make bleeding/filling a nightmare so any advice on this would be great). But back to the problem at hand, I've conceptualized some ideas for covering up my mistake. One involves cutting a rounded rectangle in the top of the case encompassing both holes and installing plexi on under the surface, looking through to a badge engraved and backlit. Others include some type of LCD like the aquero, but that'll be an expensive route. I also have mesh, aluminum, plexi, and could source more materials. Here are the pics.
