Need advice on purchasing a budget card

I currently have a PNY Geforce FX 5600XT (the underclocked one)256MB AGP 8X card. I would like to upgrade but I am way out of the loop on what is better than what I have, but in the pricerange I am looking in.

Here is what I have found on New Egg that I think is better than what I have:

I dont really wanna spend over 75 bucks, things are tight right now, so my question is, are any of those cards a decent upgrade or is the performance pretty much on par with what I have.

Please post some suggestions or links to other products you recommend.

Think the links are bad. I don't think there is anything worth getting or even better at that price. You should be looking to spend 150+ for a worthy upgrade.
That would be something like a 6600gt or 6800 non gt/ultra/
