The factory AMD fan on my CPU is getting old and isn’t cooling as much as I want it to. Since summer is coming up and it gets very hot in my house, I decided that I was going to spend some money and get a good heat sink and fan. I want you guys to look over these products and suggest different or better items.

Heat Sink - http://www2.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835109122

Fan - http://www2.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811999613
Fan Controller - http://www2.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813999505

Thermal remover - http://www2.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813999505

I will also be purchasing a fan for my ATi 9500 Pro - http://www2.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835186128

What I need for my purchase to be complete is a tool that allows me to easily clip in the CPU fan onto the Motherboard. I have tried looking, but I have yet to find anything for purchase. If anyone has an idea, I would like to hear them.

What kind of thermal paste should I get? Right now I have generic paste, but I want to know if it will make a difference to purchase the higher priced tubes.
