Need advice on OC CPU/Mem.

My motherboard isn't very overclock friendly first of all. I was seeing if I loosened my mem timings OR changed 400mhz to 333mhz I would be able to overclock my processor more. Also, when I change the FSB, does that also overclock my AGP card and sound card also?

I cannot change any of the voltages, but I can to a certain extent change the timings on my memory.
