Well, to make a long story short, i need a new computer.
im a soon-to-be industrial design student, and my p3 600 compaq isnt gonna hold up with programs such as autocad, 3dmax, and whatever else im going to need to use.
ive been a long time lurker on these forums, and you guys seem to know your way around a computer for a most part, so id love it if you can make my life a bit easier and help me with building a new computer.
as you can tell, i dont upgrade much just cuz i dont have the funds or the need to be cleaning out my bank for a few extra fps in doom 3.
im looking to get a setup with a 925x chipset, just because its gonna go further in the long haul than the 875.
i need [cpu, mobo, ram, hds, case|psu, vid card] , and my budget is a MAX of 2500CDN (just under 2000 us).
