Just got a 7900GTO to replace my 7600GT... will my 485 enermax be ok? If I was to upgrade what would be a good PSU to go with that leaves me room for growth? I was looking at the following..

Zalman 600W
Corsair HX620W
OCZ Gamestream 700W
OCZ PowerStream 600W
Seasonic S12 650W
Silverstone 700 or 750

If possible Id only like to spend around 150$ at most. My setup is fairly quiet and id like to keep it that way. Thanks for any help!

Is your enermax pretty old ? If yes, then it may not have sufficient power on the 12v rail to power everything so your best bet is to buy a new one.

I suggest getting a Corsair HX520 since it fit your budget or HX620 if you can stretch a bit over 150$. Other great choices is the Seasonic S12-500 / S12-600 / M12-500 / M12-600 since it'S very similar to the Corsairs (they are manufactured by Seasonic anyway).

So you guys recommend the seasonic S12 650 over the OCZ Gamestream 700W? Just curious becuase the prices are fairly close to each other and the gamesteram is 700W..

The S12 650 offers more usable amperage where it counts, better rail distribution, less ripple, higher quality, higher temperature rating, an quieter, for not much more.
