Need advice for a new computer

I am in need of a new computer and being without internet for almost 3 years has left me in the dark for all things tech. I prefer AMD and am on a minor budget if purchased all at once.

Budget: $800.00 Shipping/tax is not an issue with budget.
Location: Texas (Central)
Overclock: No
Time: within the Mid/End of Jan.
Use: Gaming, Browsing
Motherboard features: RAID control is good (have multiples not in RAID config. but each independent) but not needed. Ability to connect 1 optical, 3 HDD (minimum). Nothing fancy, USB (more the better, at least USB 2), Built in LAN is nice.
OS: Legit WinXP (will purchase Win 7 64bit later on, not sure which version but not basic)


Need:
Mainboard
CPU (prefer AMD but not opposed to Intel)
Memory
PSU (need enough juice to handle graphics, 1 optical, at least 4 HDD's)
Case (if mainboard is not standard ATX)
Graphics (duel monitor)
Sound Card (if enough left in budget)

I have/reusing:
Keyboard
Mouse
Monitor (17" Samsung LCD)
OS (legit WinXP, will get Win7 64bit later on)
Speakers
