Need advice about X800XT PE

My current rig is as follows:

Athlon 64 3400+ Newcastle
Asus K8V-X
1GB of PC 3200 Samsung Ram
Gigabyte 6800 vanilla (softmodded 16px6s) (375/780OC)
160GB HD
Antec 380w powersupply that came with the Sonata.

Is it worth it to upgrade the 6800 vanilla to the XT PE if I can find it for a good price? I mainly only play CS Source and I think I'm CPU bound in that game as 8x6 and 10 x 7 don't change my fps much.

If I were to upgrade to the XT PE, would my powersupply be sufficient?

Or should I just wait for 7800 series and or R520 in AGP?
