Need a stand

I have dual 2407s, and, the stand itself is 14" high. This means at the highest I get about 5" from the desk to the bottom of the monitor. What I need is another few inches. I don't want to buy one of those freakish dual monitor things, so I am looking for a single monitor solution that isn't ridiculously expensive that's maximum height (at the VESA plate)is around 16"-18".

I'm not sure if this fits your requirements, but it works great for my 24" 16:9 LCD.

I saw another one made my Ergotron on Amazon for $70 and it looked like it would definitely work for you.

I just checked on mine, 15.5 inches

Drat. I have my 2407 on a brick right now. I measured the height that I like at 17 inches! The search continues. =(
