I need a new mobo mainly just to overclock because this P5W DH I have is garbage. Something solid, stable and has a history of reliability when it comes to overclocking.

I just need onboard raid, sound, and ethernet. I will never have SLI or Crossfire. :D

I have been searching newegg for awhile and have a few ideas, but would like some input from people who might have better experiences.

Thanks guys

I third that. :D I have an GA-P35-DS3L, basicly the same as the DS3R but with no raid. Stable and clocks well.

abit ip35-e is probably the best for the price.

IP35-E won't work for his needs; it needs to have RAID. The IP35 Pro would work, but is a bit more expensive. Heck, might as well throw in the MSI P35 Platinum and the ASUS P5K-E for all the major options.

That said, +1 for the Gigabyte P35-DS3R. :D I have the similar P35C-DS3R (combo DDR2/DDR3, otherwise the same), and really like mine too. :)
