Needed for quiet graphics card ram/vrm cooling using Dwood's GPU bracket

I've been doing some reading, but havent had a whole lot of luck with 92mm pwm fans.

I've read that the noctua variant is NOT very quiet, and does not move much air at all.

I've read that the Revoltec RL042 are excellent. Not a fan of the blue LED's though.

Any other suggestions from those who've heard some selection of 92mm PWM fans?

FYI you linked a medium-speed version (1200RPM). There may be more room for tolerable speed/noise if you look for 1800RPM and up.

1800rpm seems like it would be way too fast for what i'm doing. more rpm = more noise. more noise = more fail.

But nice PWM fans can run at 20% without a problem. With a 1200RPM fan, I'm betting that it's undetectable in most of it's range, which to me seems like a waste.

My own graphics setup with 2400RPM fans has a fully silent range up to 40%, light air sounds up to 55% and never needs more than 55-65% normally (1200RPM). But then it still has all the high range for playing around with on higher clocks, or hot weather if I ever deal with that.

this fan is to cool ram / vrm only, not the gpu. I dont need tons of rpm.

I'll tak your comments into consideration though ;)
