Need a PSU. What should I get?

I building a new pc and I currently have an Antec smartpower 500w, however I don't think that would be enough. I will be getting the following:

Intel C2D E6600
Asus P5B Deluxe
Ocz PC2 6400 1 GB * 4 total 4GB
WD Raptor 150GB
WD Raptor 74GB
WD 250 KS SATA
WD 250 JB IDE
ATI X1900XTX
SB X-fi XMusic
2* DVD=RW

What should I get?

I recommend Corsair 620 watt psu, or the Seasonic S12, what is your budget?

Do you intend on SLI or Crossfire in the future? R600?

HX 620 should do the system now, and with crossfire x19's. With R600's, it's impossible to say now.
