Ok. I got 200 bucks roughly and I gotta replace my shitty Geforce 5600 ultra.. what do you guys think?

I see a 5900SE from EVGA for 182...
a 9700pro for 232 (might be able to get)
and umm 5700 ultra for 202..


any others cards or suggestions?
 
If your in the market for a new video card, do one thing, and WAIT !!
In just approx 5-8 weeks the brand new next generation completely redesigned, ground breaking performance will be here soon :D
ATI will have their R420 on sale in March, supposed to be twice the speed of a 9700
nVidia will finally try to get their act together again, and deilver on a true super card, the NV40 in April
 
I agree. Wait until the next generation cards come out and take your pick then.
 
Just wait if you're gonna get. The 9600XT is a solid card, but it's hampered by a 128-bit memory bus (yes, I have one, but I don't need Xtreme graphics), and it's also not a given that you will get HL2 now (since the deal ended for the 9600XT card early last month).

9700 Pro would get my vote out of those, but wait until March or early April, and you should see the specs of the new R4xx cores and the R380.
