need a new tv.

looking for 50-55 inch under 1000 usd... maybe i'm asking too much?

some sort of smart tv would be nice, but if i get a much better pic without the feature then so be it.


i do use my tv to play pc games at max settings sometimes, so... do wan't the pretty.

have a pn50b550 that has started getting black lines horizontally accross the screen, seeing as it cost 800 to fix it i might as well just get a new one.

also, not interested in 3D at all. and this tv always had some pretty bad grainy issues which i was assured wouldn't be the case by many people.... so i'm not so sure i want plasma this time around.

Do you care for 120hz or it's led or lcd or that matter?

at least 120 would be good.... led seems the best option if plasma is ruled out.
