2 questions..

1) My AMD Athlon XP 2000+, what would be an average temperature for this CPU to run at? because mine runs between 51-60+ degrees C.

2) I want a new CPU fan, something not to expensive but must be silent or very quiet and will cool my CPU down to temps of 40 or low 50's
 
Check out Zalman for quiet and effective. Not much for overclocking, usually, but lots of people love their stuff for regular use.
