Alright I have a dell Dimension 2350 (ya ya I know dell sucks but its a server and holds pretty good)

Well I want to upgrade it but I don't know the cpu socket.
I usd CPU-Z and this is what I get
Name Intel Pentium 4
Code Name: Northwood Brand ID: 9
Package: mPGA-478
Technology:0.13
Specification:Intel (R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.00GHz
Family: F Mode: 2 Stepping: 7
Ext. Family: 0 Ext Model: 0 Revision: C1
Instructions: MMX,SSE,SSE2

So I was think it was the package mPGA-478 so that would be a socket 478
also does the m mean micro.

Would it fit in one of those shuttle or those little cases.

Also Im going to put some 2100 1GB of memory in it.

Any help would be kind. Thanks

Yes, its a s478 2GHz cpu, could work in a mATX board that supports it. I don't know the motherboard spec of the machine to look up what you can put in it. (i'm at work)
