Need a new CPU cooler. Help

I need suggestions for a good CPU cooler.

I currently have a A8N-E with a 64 3200+ with the stock heatsink and fan

I have a Gigabyte 6600GT PCI-E Card in the slot, and a ZALMAN ZM-NB47J Aluminum Heatsink as my northbridge cooler

I need a new CPU cooler that will fit of course, and I am hoping to get one that doesn't require me to remove the whole mobo to install a back bracket. Any suggestions? Thanks. Oh, I don't over clock, not yet at least.

Get an Ultima 90 from thermalright.

Currently I am running an Ultima 90 with a Yate Loon 120mm fan. My CPU is an E6750 @ 3.2GHz.

I sit idle at 31 C and on load I never get above 47 C. That is not even with the fans maxed out too. If I turn the fan to 12V and my other case fans up the temp never even touches 45 C. The Ultima 90 is just an awesome cooler and you don't have to mess with a heatsink that is going to tweak your mobo b/c the 90 is a decent size and weight.

I swear by thermalright HS's they are simply the best there is!!!
