Need a new cheap video card

Hey all,

I'm looking to pick up a relatively cheap video card, as the one I have I think blew up(8800GTS 640mb). Whenever I try to start the comp the monitor won't even load a screen anymore, but that story is for another time. I'm pretty sure it's my video card that blew up, still need to do some checking. So I am looking for something cheap and I guess temporary to replace the one above which i'll probably RMA it and get it back and keep as a replacement. Im not looking to spend more than 100$ canadian. I'm hoping to get something at least on par to my old video card, but better of course would be better. I've been out of comp parts shopping for awhile so hoping the members here could help me pick up a good bang for your buck type of video card.

you have 2 choice from newegg canada. I'd go either HD4850 or GTS250 both around the $100-$115 price point.
they do have a 9800GT for a little under $100
 
Budget????

"Relatively cheap" can mean different things to different people...
 
Thanks for the recommendations all, I think I'll end up picking up the 9800 GT.
