I need something that will fit a 12"x13" mobo... this mobo to be exact

but i don't think it will fit...

even a nice looking (i.e. not flashy) server tower would be acceptable....

I'm also not looking to spend an arm and a leg, as this thing already has an older HUGE atx case, but it's more than i need - and ugly as hell...
 
it is hard to tell for certain because of the camera angles, but from the looks of it the "extra" part of your mobo should slip behind the two HD trays.
 
CM Stacker, Silverstone Temjin TJ03 or Lian Li v1200 spring to mind.
The manufacturers of those cases actually say that those cases can accomodate an e-ATX mobo.

I would check the holes in the mobo, because im afraid that a case of the right size may not have the mounting holes for the Motherboard standoff's in the right place.

Just like the fact that an old AT board would fit in most cases sizewise but there would be no way of mounting it because all standoffs are in the wrong place.

The case u posted isnt e-atx certified, so maybe the mobo will fit sizewise, but chances are the mounting holes dont line up.

I was looking at the newegg site, and thought, maybe they dont know the e-atx standard, but on their page about the stacker it says e-atx compatible, and they dont say that about the case u linked to
