i need a stock hsf for a pny geforce 4 ti 4400. i wam willing to trade my tt v4 hsf and raqm sinks for this. i need to rma it so have to have the stock hsf.
 
i talked to pny this morning and they said it has to be stock. they consider changing the fan a physical alteration. someone help ....please. i am also willing to buy one.
 
I think that for the very reason they won't take it back with a non-stock fan, it's considered immoral if not illegal to switch back to a stock fan and then try to RMA it.
