Need a HSF Recommendation

Right now I'm doing some upgrades to my computer, and next up is the cooling. I'm using a stock HSF, and it is terrible. I want to find a new one, but I don't know much about them. I'm not looking for a huge $60 enthusiast HSF, but something that will keep my non-overclocked a64 3200 below 40C idle...

I would pick a Zalman, but I don't think they are compatible with my mobo (an MSI RS480M2/RX480M2 (MS-7093)).

Any suggestions? Price isn’t a big issue, but like I said, nothing really over 30-40, and less is better. Thanks in advance!

EDIT: I also have some nexus fans on hand, all sizes, so I'll probably use one of those on the heatsink, but if the HSF are attached permanently, that’s fine too.

That looks pretty good, I'm worried about it fitting in my case though?

You should be fine if you just have something like a mid tower or whatever.

Are there any cheaper solutions? Well I'm sure there are, btu is this pretty high up as far as price/preformance ratio goes?
