Need a high FPS video recorder

Doing a quick test at work and need a camera or video recorded that can do about 1000 FPS for a few seconds (preferably around 10 seconds). Faster is fine, slower is not. Would like to keep it under $300, but willing to spend more. I found the Casio EX-FH100 which appears to fit the goal..but looking for other options.
 
Wow, interesting, wasn't even aware that there was a sub $100k product that could shoot at high FPS. Of course I'm assuming that every other specification is sacrificed in order to do it.

Only thing I know of is the Phantom. But like I said, with your budget that isn't really an option. Good luck on your search.
