Need a good PC Gamepad

What with games like Street Fighter 4 coming to the PC, I'm looking for a quality gamepad so I can play fighting games and sidescrollers. I like the way the Xbox 360 pad feels but the D-Pad is shit which would make sidescrollers and fighters tough to play. I already own a Logitech Dual Action; it's a good pad but the D-Pad isn't that great and the thumbstick base is square instead of circular, which bothers me tremendously. Anyone got any suggestions?
