need a good document scanner for work

We've been using an HP 3330 multi/printer/fax/scanner for everything, and are looking to buy a dedicated scanner. Anyone know of a good value? It must have a document feeder, support standard/A4, and possibly legal sizes. We don't really need color, just black and white. OCR would be nice, but not really necessary. Is everything like this going to be $400-600?
