I'm looking for a quality KVM that won't break the bank.. is there any good kvm for like $20? or $30?

That's a two port KVM of course..
 
Belkin 2-port PS/2 + VGA KVM for around $30 at best buy, note that you'll need something with usb if you plan to use wireless logitech keyboard / mouse
 
I donb't plant to use someting wireless.. but in the case that i do. what do you mean something with USB? like a port that also has USB ports?
 
yeah, a usb capable kvm replicates the usb devices for both systems but you would want a quality one if you need usb as some of the more inexpensive usb kvms have issues replicating the devices
