Anyone know where I can get a good quiet 1U HSF for a Socket370 PIII 600MHz?

I have a system that keeps rebooting randomly. I cracked it open and the 600MHz PIII has what looks to be a retail HSF from a Pentium, or an old PII. I took it off cleaned up the CPU and the HSF with acitone, put some Arctic Silver on it. Now it's better but still isn't 100% stable.
