I'm looking for a good 17" LCD, I probibly wont be using it for gaming but if I do decide to use it for a little gaming I guess I could use a low responce time. I do need it to be cheap though, I'm recently buying WAY too much stuff lol and I need to stop.

This monitor will be added to my dual monitor system which will make it three monitors.

Help me please:)

I'd go for one of the lower-end 17" Samsungs or NEC's which can be had for around $400-450. If you've already got a decent CRT, stick with that for gaming b/c unless you get a more expensive LCD, it's not going to be worth much as far as gaming goes.

There's a couple other threads regarding this topic as well.

stumpy, if i do this..can i have one computer hooked up to 2 monitors and use the lcd for windows and then just turn the crt on when i want to game?

The lcd would have 2 computers hooked up to it
