need a fax server... but no modem or phone line... VOIP option?

I need to have a fax machine on my computer, however it does not have a modem. I have a laptop with a modem, but I don't have a landline hooked up here at the house.

Is there any solution that anyone can think of on running a fax server on my computer without a modem or phone line?
 
There are plenty of web based email to fax services.

And for voip, all the ones I can think of involve looping voip voice from the phone adaptor to the fax modem on a computer.
 
no problem they are a great company and support is pretty good too. I have a Private Label Exchange account with them and have had very few problems. Any problems I do have are answered right away.
 
MyFax is better and cheaper. $9.95 a month get's you 200 inbound and 100 outbound faxes. Delivered online or via e-mail as PDF's.

I'm a small business who only receives about 10 or so faxes per month.

I get that at only $4.95

$9.95 isn't cheaper.
