Need a cheap PSU for WHS

Looking for something that will power the following:

Athlon II X2 240
785G mobo + 4GB RAM
8-10 3.5" HDD

Any takers? Right now I'm looking at the XClio Stablepower 460W and the Corsair CX400. I'd prefer to avoid rebates, though, and Corsair always uses them.

i would do the corsair. not sure how good an xclio is especially for a whs system.
