Help! Due to a recent injury (Broke my collar bone when I fell playing paintball), I have a lot of time on my hands (or, hand, i should say). I'm lookin for a cheap case (around 50-70 dollars) that I can mess with, and looks decent. Plan on bondo-ing up, painting, putting a window in, etc. I need a project! So, any recommendations of a case in my price range?
 
Eh, forgot to mention, looking for something without a window or any other pre-mods on it. also, looking for a metal front or plastic (not clear acrylic like that looks). Also, no tlooking to buy off someone, more off a site. Sorry.

Edit: maybe thats not clear acrylic. Not sure, hard to tell from the pic. But, nevertheless, not really what I'm looking for.
 
Sure, anything is good for modding. Alternately, go to goodwill or someplace similar and find something that needs modded into a computer.
 
Christ almighty just because you broke your collar bone doesnt' mean you can't browse down the last few pages and read the threads that are exactly like yours. Today there's been like 4 at least. Cmon guy, dont be such a nub.
 
Sorry, didn't see them. Besides, most people look for more expensive cases that they want to mod. I was asking about a cheap case just for something to do.

My suggestion then would be to go to pricewatch and randomly pic an el cheapo in your range........don't really even look at it....then see how radically you can change it to look like a high end bad ass case :D
