Need a Boxing Stopwatch program to count 3mins the 1min in a loop.

Hi!
Just wondering if anyone has something that will be good for boxing that will do 3mins for the round the switch to the 1 minute rest and continue in a loop until you stop it.

If you need exacty what you wrote, wouldn't a real boxing stopwatch be easier to take than a computer? Others would be able to see it too.

It would be trivial to write one, but you need to give more details (computer platform or web, etc).
 
Indeed - give some specs and some cash and I can make you one..
 
I actually want it at home when hitting the bag so I thought if there is one I can just use my laptop display to see it. Stopping and starting with the globes is hard and messes up the keyboard with sweat.
During these tough times, any free software is better than buying an actual watch. :)
As for platform anything that runs on my pc would be fine.
 
Is suggest a batch file, you should be able to do this yourself fairly easily. Google around for some know-how.
 
I was hoping to find it but did not have time to look until now that work has slowed down a bit. :)
