i need something for around $60, either shipped or at B&M is fine. budget is definitely flexible if theres something awesome for like $70 or even $80, but this is about how much id like to spend. i dont need a lot of fancy features but decent wireless N speeds (enough to stream 720p in a small apartment) and a couple gigabit ports for my gaming rig and my server. thanks!

Get a refurbished Netgear WNDR 3700v2. They cost about $60-$70 and are rock solid out of the box.
