What I used for my first installs was the .run version of the CUDA driver from nV-Developer zone. Used that back in days the streaming core 0x19 was experimental (and never made it to public; his little brother drives Android now). Back to nV/Linux: along the lines was Jesse was writing you should be able to get also up-/downgrades done.

Works like a charm on CentOS 7
