Nec nd-2510a, power consumption?

Hi, what is the power requirments for the nd-2510a?

I have a 3.5" usb-case for ide harddrives im thinking of modifying so i can use it with a dvd-burner instead.
The powersupply is 1500ma 12v, 5v is provided by the usb-ide adapter.
