In this forum, I wonder why there aren't much talk about LCDs from this brand. Almost none.I believe they used to be top-notch in monitor business. Was it just for the CRT segment in the market? They seems to have pretty good line of LCD monitors in all sizes. Are they not so much of gaming monitors? Some have 16ms response time and are not particulary more expensive than other brands.

What's so not good or not as good as other monitor brands? Why don't they have so little attraction in this forum with all of you display geeks? In this forum, I mostly hear about Dell, HP, Viewsonic, Apple, and some Samsung.

What do you think?
 
NEC is a professional brand and their products ( LCDs) are targeted for the working pros and not for kids playing games. You won't see many comments here as this is becoming more and more of a Dell Forum.

Those NEC/Mitsu. models might as well serve as pretty good gaming displays though. Or not?
Only if people could post some in-deph/hands-on experience of ones like LCD2080UX+BK in here... that would be very helpful.
