Nec/Mitsu DP930SB Owners

get it from dell or where ever, Mitsubishi will pay for shipping if you have a defective one withing 30 days and connot send back to retailer

I got mine from dell

That is where I bought mine.

That is a good price/free shipping

I think the warranty will be the same wherever you get it from

I think that is probably the best place to get it from

I ordered mine from Page Computer... My RMA exchange should be here anyday.

Obviously not the retailer's fault, but I had the same exact problem with my monitor as most people are reporting. It's a bummer. I've been waiting 2 weeks now for my RMA thanks in part to Labor Day. :( Read Dell's RMA policy before you decide to buy, and maybe look around on pricewatch and bizrate.

Good luck with yours.

Thanks.. Anyone able to find Dell's RMA policy?
Not able to find that..
And Dell's prices bounce back up a lot, next time it hits 270, im going for it. :D

what exactly seems to be the problem with the dp930sb?
i really like its specs and leaning towards buying one.

I've experienced blurriness at high resolutions/refresh rates with the two I've had now. It's only been in the lower corners too, which sucks. I've tried getting rid of it via the potentiometers on the left side of the monitor (there are three, you gotta look real hard to find them), but the only thing that accomplished was making the display uniformly blurry. Also, my second one is making high pitched noises at most resolutions, and a buzzing noise at lower resolutions.

Most people that own these monitors swear by them, I just have bad luck I guess. Since I'm low on patience, and wanted a new monitor last month, I'm going to forget about the 930SB. :( It was too big for my setup anyway.
